It's just a requirement to give notice. They could have said, don't worry we just released news telling you that we have majority ownership your vote doesn't count. We are going to issue more shares and dilute the heck out of it. then we will have to do a RS later because no one will take a penny stock with 20 billion shares serious and we want to go back to NASDAQ. It's funny how they have been laying it all out to be transparent yet many still fell for the hype. Only a few knew what was really going on since we have been around long enough to know how they act.
