It's not even TDA'S fault for the trading issues. The DTCC lied to them. James Femia continues to lie to the brokerages.

All TDA has to do is serve Femia with a lawsuit and demand delivery of what Femia claims the DTC has on hand.

Global lock, until added to the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, cannot block delivery.
