Company has not given a specific time frame, but the last 8K came out on the 5th stating that they hired a new group of auditors who were SEC compliant to audit the new financials and annual report.
The new 8K will have updated revenues after acquiring Western Grade LLC which is reported to have $5-$6 million in revenues, placing us at a PPS of .005+ or higher.
