Yes there is a new company in control of the MDCN share structure. MDCN is being used by MobiWeb Racing as a R/M as MobiWeb is a private coompany that is currently producing revenues off of its racing events, events, promotions and other factors. They are going to be getting involved in the MJ sector as well and promoting at its locations.
