That's in my opinion, precisely the problem we have here. Too many flippers who just want that instant gratification, and because they're not getting it they sell. And that selling is keeping us stagnant. Then as soon as we start to get some momentum, those same impatient flippers sell more. So the very same people who constantly complain that the pps can't get anywhere are THE PROBLEM and the reason it's not. Now, that's not to say that more volume and new buyers wouldn't also help significantly, but they may be waiting on the sidelines watching, waiting for confirmation that it's finally going to start running. BUT, alas, the flippers continue to kill ANY AND EVERY run that starts. And then they complain again. Viscous cycle. If they could keep their fingers away from the sell button for a couple months, I wonder where the price would be........
