I'm not concerned the A/S increase win the last notes on the 10-q were from July. There was no note on the 10-q large enough to convert to 1.2 billion shares. I've already went thru this. Acquisition of mcv was to paid with shares and cash and to be completed with 6 months. Chuckbits brought up a good point we have no idea how much is going to have to be paid for mcv. Just keep scaring people to sell for me. I need to pick up some shares at .0008
