One thing for sure.

Investors are competing to find out the best play in California as We enter the era of Recreational Marijuana.

If this is our only chance at this time...then go for it.

I am holding what shares I got, but am not buying more.

Just saying....California is calling Folks.

So far I haven't found any other Public Stock that competes with Terra Tech for California Market once Blum becomes a "For Profit" Distributor.

I agree with the already stated dilution comment, as your current management cares two shats about common shareholders. You are nothing more than a stepping stool for their own enrichment. Beyond this, you just have a piss poor management team with too large of an ego to realize they are clueless when it comes to the actual operation of a business/plan. They wake up each and every morning and throw darts on what they are going to work on that day with no long term plan, minus maximizing money into their own accounts.....This ticker is the epitome of what not to do in the market place, especially one so hot and speculative as weed/pot.

just imagine what happens to this ticker when all the hype and awareness dies.....LOOOOOK OUT BELOOOOWWWWWW!
