The guy is unhinged. What in all good common sense would tell someone it would be ok to threaten to take down someone's company over a false accusation of fraud because they didn't get their money.
It could be ignored as a one off lapse in judgement if PowerUp wasn't currently suing numerous companies besides iTALK.
In regard to the accusation of fraud...Kramer said that Lee knew they were going to file for bk in March and May when they signed the agreements and then went on to include an 8k in his paperwork to support Lee being in charge at UMS when in fact the 8k which was sent out in May talked about how well the company was doing.
