Now this is not complete as I am still waiting on confirmations of a couple of things but as i get new information I will post it. He did say it could take some time. I will keep pressing though.

New company: SMAA has become a shell for Green Creek Group. Green Creek was registered on January 6th and they have been working to get everything filed to get the name changed and updated on the market.

They have 2 new projects in the works already. I didn't get confirmation of what exactly they are but I got the sentiment it was green energy and/or another sector. It sound like they were going to try and branch out, to what I don't know exactly yet.

They have been working to get everything cleaned up and want to get everything updated to shareholders very soon. I can imagine with the way pinks are that its a lot of work when a new company comes in. As I said I will keep everyone updated with info as I receive it. But it looks like we should expect some updates from the company very soon!
