AGAIN WITH SETTLEMENT TALK. Can anyone tell me what judge or lawyer or entity would have the authority to settle our claim for any part of $50 million or any part of the interest the criminals collected from IMSC and hand it over to us.
I'm not saying it CAN'T happen, I just don't see how anyone gets to decide to surrender money to IMSC shareholders at any point this year or while criminal charges are pending.
The people who lost money investing in DMRJ et.al. must have a smarter lawyer than that. They have a prior claim to that money IMO.
Both optimists and pessimists are way too confident this jigsaw puzzle can be resolved soon. I'm hoping IMSCX will get money three or four years from now. By then Liscouski will have taken a lot of it in wages. Nothing beats three or four years of paid leave except five years of paid leave.
