The SEC has been catching up on delinquent filers. While anything from consistent, a number of stocks in their second year of delinquency have been suspended and notified of revocation proceedings. In most cases, they have failed to respond to any SEC inquiry or the inquiry has been returned from a non-functional address. So if Jeff has a working address and does respond in some way he can probably drag it out for quite awhile...but I am willing to bet the SEC will shortly be sending an inquiry if they haven't already.
