lmao we just covered this yesterday and I provided you with a factual/textbook explanation about why co's de-register with the SEC...so I can only assume that by you re-posting that May 2016 hogwash and inferring that's somehow a relevant "explanation" to anything other than ONCI no longer being an SEC registered company but instead reporting to OTC Markets like the vast majority of ALL OTC PubCo's that you choose to ignore facts because it doesn't fit into the phony baloney chicken little false narrative you're now trying to perpetuate.
