My honest opinion, I have traded OWCP a few times now. I like it for that reason. It still has not sold me long term like CGRW or MSRT have with my sizable investments in those. I'm watching closely, just don't like the business plan as much as others.
Chart wise, nice bounce on Friday. I could see consolidation/churning at this level almost possibly creating a bull flag on the 6month daily in time. I would watch closely and personally if it were me only bid in the .40's right now. ALL IMO.
