For combo therapy 99%. Virtually Every patient has shown a factor of 10 drop in viral load in previous trials. They only need to show a factor of 3 drop now. I'm not aware of any safety issue in any of previous pro-140 trial. Mono therapy imo, should still be high, but not as confident. Combo results are in 2 months by the way.
If the measure of effectiveness is viral load, then it is awfully tough to do better than a fraction of 1 virus per mL. But pro140 doesn't work that well for all patients. If the reason for some patients lack of response is a more dense ccr5 receptors, then more frequent dosing would improve response percentages.
