Funny you should mention GW. Had started buying when they were at $80 and bailed out @ $128-122 moving it all into CGC and two other Canadian LP's.
I'm watching for first movers in the US states that have legalized but as long as it's illegal at the federal level Canada is the place to be.
I'm seriously overweight with this sector in my portfolio but very comfortable with the risk. Share prices drifting sideways after being serially overbought, instead of plunging, is a sign of strength. Still believe we overpaid for Mettrum. The capacity increase and diminished competition should eventually offset the cost. Not sure it's worth more quarters of negative earnings & debt.
Expecting good revenue numbers in Feb., a benefit from listing on a larger exchange in March, and the submission of proposed legislation in April, although legislation is probably already baked into share prices.
