I actually work in the health care industry. I have to say, the 'provider nightmare' began long before Obama Care...some will try and pin the blame there, but it began with the growth of the managed care industry. Most 'reasonable' providers will acknowledge how the paperwork, delayed payments, reduced payments and 'interference' in treatment decision making came long ago. Talk about conflicts of interest...most of these companies are 'for profit' entities.
Medicare is by far, the best insurance around. Few-for-service, no hmo...just straight Medicare. It's a bit ironic that the 'government provided insurance' has become the 'gold standard' of insurance...the downside is that it only covers 80% for most issues...
Lastly, the problem is not and has never been ObamaCare...it has always been access to quality, affordable care....for everyone. Any president that will take that on and make real changes to that system while taking the 'profit motive' out of the equation...has my full support. Let's see what Trump does with his new-found authority and insights.
