Come dude. ...its not rocket science.. Any mmj company backed by its govt is a new brainer....all the filings are current and audited.. Easy peazy..

Current filings, no toxic financing, management team.

The PRs that were screaming "buy me now" were the ones with non interest loans, and agreed to buy restricted shares at a pps higher than the current (at the time) market value, and warrents to buy in the future at over 4x the (at the time) market value.

If you can't read that and see the signs to buy, it might be time for a change in investment strategies. I was stunned when the pps didn't jump on those Press releases.
