FYI: DKTS Note holders WERE GIVEN a PROSPECTUS STATING that the proceeds collected would be used to purchase Besado tequila, DZIAQ Liqueur along with a brand of Champagne! NOTES HOLDERS HAVE NOT BEEN SATISFIED! ACCORDING TO THEIR LAWYER THE 144 NOTES WRITTEN WERE DONE ILLEGALLY! BEINGS DKTS WAS SAID TO HAVE NEVER BEEN REMOVED FROM SHELL STATUS! (checked the filings for yourself) THEREFORE ALL INVESTORS FUNDS RAISED FOR THIS PURPOSE OF PURCHASE COULD THEREFORE HOLD 100% OF THE ASSETS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ( Besado tequila, DZIAQ Liqueur, Champagne, etc) THAT WAS USED FOR THE ACQUISITION!! THE ATTORNEY HAS REVIEWED A COPY OF THE PROSPECTUS AND IS CONFIDENT IN THE NOTE HOLDERS SUCCESSFUL OUTCOME!
