To me, it appears to be justified. Assuming nothing changes when audited report comes out by the end of the month............
PE still under 10. Net Income increased 330% from $1.07M to $4.6M. Outstanding shares now 9.1M, so EPS almost $0.51.
$6.89 million cash looks good. Because of the low float (2.59 million shares), it may be volatile.
