That looks like it is just granting the motion to file some of the items the equity committee's motion to gain standing, under seal. That is not the same as granting the motion to gain standing. The motion to file under seal probably needed to be deal with first, before the one to gain standing.
Judge sees PP as criminals not deserving of much, IMO. It's extortion. A bank loans me $100,000 on a 30-year loan at a rate of 15%. After 5 years I find another bank that will finance me for 3%. My original bank says 'sorrry? You must stay with us???' I then I have to file for BK Because I cannot afford the loan??!! Not in this country.
