Some services are almost subscription type in nature. Unless you're a seasoned public company CEO you might want some hand holding to get you comfortably thru your 1st few calls. The calls are better attended, copies might be available on the HOST's site for many days/weeks/months in the future.
Can be useful and My guess it's what convinced Mr. Ballas to do it. Glad we're having it.
