I would suggest a couple of things:

1. RXMD does not move on most news, an exception was the announcement of retirement of 12 million shares. Even that was not maintained (maybe it is because of Chicago Ventures.)

2. Most news is transitory: Goldman Sachs raises its outlook, a company beats estimates. Shares jump on the day and much, much more often than not lose a lot of their gains over the next few days or weeks. The kind of news that sticks (leads to trends) is innovation, M&A, new business. I am more enthused about RXMD's retirement community deal than I am with the latest sales report, splendid though it is.
