It was never stated that there would be an RS of the OS which I found to be quite odd. An RS almost always addresses the AS and the OS. You might be right maybe something is and has been going on behind the scenes.

True. It makes sense since it keeps getting delayed. Maybe Marc is looking to keep the faithful inveestors happy and just trying to buy time to retire some shares instead of an R/S. IMO we will see though.
