Evaluation and approval of the report on environmental impact assessments for projects which require implementation of environmental impact assessment; confirming environmental protection plans of the projects subject to registration of environmental protection plan under the provisions of the law on environmental protection;

The assessment was originally for the Lam Dong province, though I would assume they can use the same report.

This is where I believe the holdup is in Lam Dong presently with VAST.

Seems logical...and that was over 7 months ago...hope we've progressed much further, since then...

We are talking province rules here I believe.
We have that statement about lam dong Province but we are not in lam dong.

I could be wrong but I don't think so.
The benifit being we have a report already made when that step comes.
