Jail time for what? The court found him not guilty so what is your problem? Temporarily decreasing in pps isn't the end life of a company. Raising money through note issue is not good for the shares holder but people have the option to move on until you feel is the right times to place your bet.

Not that I care how you feel about the company. This is the norm when people don't do their DD. They place their bet, a wrong bet, wrong place, at the wrong time.

New to the LCLP family! Glad to be on board. I think there will be a lot of people excited to buy into this company at $3.00+... Great to be in at this level.
