I'm not running the company, I'm a shareholder who expects a decisive and transparent operation in the company i'm invested. The CEO is the one who needs to be put under a microscope and judged for either what he does, or what he doesn't. The issue is THE CEO - THE "COMPANY" not what other posters say.
