Johnny,I think I was focusing on DECN.
What happens w/r to TAUG,is pertinent to TAUG,& I a not diminishing this.
If Berman is persisting in his energies toward TAUG personnel,he's continuing a pattern of undisciplined focus that hurts DECN shareholders.
As for outside agency's actions against DECN,I see no evidence this has commenced. Right now,DECN is simply a pink sheet company that has a preponderance of evidence, backed by a laundry list of actions, of a CEO who utilizes the issuance of stock to enrich others more so than building a genuine company.
Up to now,He has squandered the technology of Shasta, and has lost the edge Shasta's IP once gave him. Berman's lack of insight and over-site,exemplified through the botched decision to put J&J nomenclature on Genstrip Packaging, brought the attention and focus of one of the Largest Corporations in the world.
From simply a Business perspective,It was a critical mistake and unfortunately led to a domino effect of false starts, massive dilution, and unkept promises.
Compounding this, the CEO's insistence at avoiding financial accountability speaks to a rogue and unconscionable compass he guides himself bye.
Until evidence is put forth that supports to the contrary,I can find no other conclusion more appropriate.
