You buy 100.000 shares and you own less of the company....without the company ever doing an offering.....and you trust these guys to do a spin-off and list it on HK.

if there were a lead underwriter and a loan from anyone reputable theyd love to say so. sadly thats never going to happen. just like naming actual buyers of theor products. not possible.
