They burned it. Badly.

They tried the MJ market originally and magnificently failed.

TOO MANY TOXIC SHARES AROUND.

Prior management was there for issuing shares only, and boy did they issue shares.

Goose bump might still left in there, but I doubt it.

The guy behind all this may be the Equipment manufacturer.

It would make sense...
