Some friends of mine were in an arbitration related to home construction defects, of course not a ton of money and totally different industry and circumstance than Cel-Sci's case, and even that dragged out 2+ years. Maybe 3 years, I can't remember. They won more than they expected to, but the rescheduling and tactical delays (taking advantage of red tape/legal reasons to do so) by the other party seemed endless.

When was the start of the arbitration process for CVM again? I can't remember.

Ok captain obvious...it looks like you figured out what "I"was referring to in "my" post that you provided you 2 cents.

Since it was before it started....and it had been postponed...and Cvm appears to purposefully reply to the FDA with answers that are so incomplete that the FDA can't do anything...

And at same time....one would think the arbitration is related to the FDA,...

You follow the thought now?
You don't have to agree, but can you follow....I would love for you or anybody to dispute it....
