Yeah the MOU is kind of a joke in that it is an incestuous relationship with another company also owned by Chrome and SEO. It would be far more exciting if it was with a 3rd party that actually had some money.
Plus, if you read the MOU, it says nothing other than they think they might do something at some time in the future but have no idea what. It is one of the lamest MOUs I have ever seen. I guess this is what you put out when you are desperate.
