Agreed again. Let's try to imagine this from an outside investors perspective, especially from the recent news and financials. Finally have a commercial product and some form of validation from Kisco. One of a very few potential suppliers to an exponentially growing new industry. Both nice. Then the flip side. OTC stock which has gone downhill for two straight years. No commercial sales, a target consistently missed. Many milestones missed and not updated with new dates. Prior to Sales, management releases impending vote on a reverse split, a/s increase and preferred shares. Shortly after that, the CEO and two other board members walk away. Now we have one of those board members not only bad mouthing parts of the company, but also potentially calling into question the integrity of leadership. If I wasn't long, there is no way you could not tell me this stock isn't extremely high risk.

Before someone tells me to sell, please don't. The money I invested was initially viewing this as a high risk. I'll either make money off of it or go down with the ship. I only invested what I could smartly afford.
