Asked many times to IR but haven't got any reply on this matter.

As you said, the SEC regarding the notes was out well before the R/S, at the floor was 0.05c.
With the reverse, "anythinh related to stock price" was reversed 1 to 16.
If you look the last 10-Q, the floor is mentioned: it's 0.05c

How it's possible, sincerely i don't know.
Maybe it's an error; otherwise they did something that smell not so legal.
