Can you make it work on your computer as a Web page without being on the web?

There is computer language behind the access page.

In the past when I copied it to e-mail, it showd up as code, and then when I copied that to a file, and opened the file, it would look like what you see on the Web again.

I didn't know how to copy it directly to a file from the Web so I did it in two steps.

At least that is how it worked for me.
