I agree Obserevr! He wouldn't commit to legislation fix only that he would LIKE or be WILLING to find a bipartisan fix...not that he needs it...

I agree that it was very positive. I went back and listened to that portion of the hearing again. I missed the details the first time. I must have been in shock from him retracting his original comments back in November. Still, the negative articles will flow and we may retest the $3.50 range before we go back up. If we do, I will be ready to buy more.
