LOLOL! Yes I confirmed the press release about the JV with Flaunt was bogus. What more do you need to understand it is a scam? I guess you think the fake $7 million note that is converting at $0.0003 per share - after the note is fully converted that would be 23.3 Billion shares - of course you can post your DD to prove what I have posted isn't accurate.

I am pretty well with know for my DD and exposing scams and have a great track record for getting OTCM share selling schemes suspended.

Please post your DD to prove what I have posted that isn't accurate. I am really looking forward to reading it.
