A less than 5% rise in a penny stock is not really a spike. But, another small gain tomorrow to close out the week will signal a new trend that might (or might not) confirm next week, movement toward .70. Penetration of that will take the price back to .9 resistance. But, IMO, the .70 will require at least pending news of the CE mark.
