That's NOT how it works. That would be the date if it weren't already delinquent and an order denying it's renewal. A P-5 is not a permit, it's an organization report. The CEGX P-5 ALSO has a TNR 91.114 Flag on it and all 14 leases are also still severed and ALL P-4's cancelled.... A P-4 is a Certificate of Compliance and Transportation Authority they need one for each lease to operate and to sell oil from it.
