I was hoping announcing the IND it would be better than the 2014 run up.

I am not so sure that selling on a run up and buy back on the drift back down....and then sell on next run up and let drift back down and buy back. That seems to be the trend. I got a friend doing that and I am not so sure he aint right. I have always been old school like Warren Buffet....buy and hold.
