I agree Rizzo. It only takes a few institutional investors to create some volume and pump the SP back up leading into equity financing. Management obviously has thoughts on valuation and they will negotiate the financing. SP due to small volume trading shouldn't fully dictate the price management is willing to issue shares at for financing. Despite not being issued all at once, we're still talking a yuge number of shares for financing. Good luck to any finance company who thinks they could go out to the market and negotiate that many shares at the current SP. Is there potential for the SP to go up based upon the financing deal that is struck?

This post hits the nail on the head. All this breast beating is over a piddling number of shares passed back and forth by day traders working in their pajamas in their mom and dad's basements. If anyone has any hesitations regarding the merits--and eventual success--of this project, I would strongly encourage them to sell their shares. I, for one, would love to pick up another 100k shares at less than 40 cents U.S. I'm not going to hold my breath waiting for it to happen however. In the meantime, I'm just going to be patient. Given the eventual payoff, I'm willing to wait quite a while.
