Ok lets say that the last know OS was 917M and fully tradable shares.. still very low.... I guess that is why the Dec 19, 2016 OS count is 1.917B coz MHC will get a 1B shares or more than 50% of OS to have fully control of the company.. 1.917B represent 95% of shares.... imo
