HFT works both ways except for this stock, which has been determined by the experts here, its only works to move the price downward. Lets face it if this stock was worth a over $10 a share it would be selling for over $10 a share. Im sure there are plenty of posters here that are smarter then the buyers for hedge funds and institutions.
