Because the downward trend is weaker than the three-year uptrend. And there is no formidable 'bad'news to push it below the strongest support.

I don't recall the statement by the company that they would have enough funds to bridge the time between the FS and when project financing was secured. I'm confident that they most likely have the funds lined up for the next several months of operation while they search out financing for the project. We should hear something soon. I believe we will be pleased that the extra engineering went into the project to reduce the CAPEX and OPEX. I don't like seeing the SP slide, but it doesn't really bother me because I'm not selling. In fact, I've been buying. Time is coming soon for the release of the FS and all will be revealed. GLTA

Advocate

If you listened carefully to the webcast after the ASM meeting in December you would have heard and read in the update that they will continue to raise money.
I have no idea when they will raise the money; The ideal situation would be of course after the NR on the FS; In his presentation yesterday Jim said we are a junior mining company which means we are in in the business of raising money all the time.

I feel your frustration but listen to the excellent presentation of Jim again and note the different reasons why we are heading for success. I am the frontman of a lot of shareholders over here( more than hundred) but I cannot help if some of them are selling a few shares because they are speculating on a next raise. If we are getting a NR in a week ( I am not saying we do) they may regret it...
When I listen to the optimism of the company , we are so close to the finish that I cannot believe the figures that will come out will be bad. They would know that already; I believe they will be good.

The other thing is that from that moment we will be on the radar of institutions and potential buyout candidates who will of course first struggle themselves through the 800 pages document..

And for the Excelsior shareholders , no need to come and tell us of the risks of NioCorp. I believe both NioCorp and Excelsior are excellent opportunities for different reasons. If I had more money I would be a big Excelsior shareholder too.

I tend to give a balanced view , do not try to hype things. But for companies that are in their start up phase it is important that shareholders believe in management and feel part of the team. Do not let yourself distract by persons who have an agenda ( because they have a personal problem )or by others who suddenly show up from another board , write two positive posts and then suddenly write we will be in the twenties soon.. I smell something there..

Keep the balance and the faith..
