I would say something big has already happened, pump and dump. Oxis is very murky, intentionally so. MCET was intentionally deceptive in their PRs for several years, supported by agressive lies on message boards. Oxis seems to have mainly normal people who post. I can't be bothered to dig into Oxis, I just figured it would drop below it's previous low because that's how MCET worked.
In the most recent financial statement I believe it said cash on hand was about $47k.
