I have a question .
To see if they can answer it.
If the warrants were issued at 0.45, should it be a reference price for a medium-term floor?
Or can they exercise the right to sell them and the price continue to fall?
Thank you.
I think the gap will close someday and will return to 0.6 soon

Atlanta better read the 13G again. Sabby actually has about 17.3% of the current 36.3mil OS spread over various funds. Sabby also has 2,835,000 warrants it can exercise at $.55.

That said, Sabby recently bought 20% stake in GBSN and the fund is a well known short. I've been told Sabby also has positions in Gale & NSPR. None of these companies are as well off as AMDA in terms of products, equity, or revenues but that doesn't look good.
