I think its going up because I've noticed that the dump of .0001's has dried up and the ask is more solidly at .0002 although there are still sales at .0001 What I have to go on is a slow positive shift in how the market values these shares. The ask moving from .0001 to .0002 as silly as it sounds doubles the value of the shares and I think if the environment continues to improve so will the share price. There is a good chance that people will be chasing as we move forward.
