There's more to a buyout than just revs, don't you think it would be more expensive to buyout a company with a huge revenue stream versus one that will soon have one? Buy low sell high. Works for everything.

Not really, look at TEVA history, what they have paid, what they need and they want.
They NEED Patents, they WANT in on MMJ, what they will pay? is debatable -
not if but how much imo.

what they need is to show product viability. (that is what OWCP is showing with these studies)
