It would be nice to see if this all falls under Pro Star (HPTG)? There seems to be a lot of ARMS to the organization.

Brings me back to PTAR ticker I found as delisted on Bloomberg. The name of the organization according to Bloomberg is Pro Star Holdings Inc and under the news page is listed 2 8k filings and the 10 kt filing.

I just wonder if we are due for a name change and ticker change?

I may be wrong but didn't you say that Zaric filed a new company under Pro Star Holdings?
