My guess is that this is the same deal as on that other board. Tape painting and dinging someone with a commission. In this case, I guess the idea is to discourage buying and encourage selling.
Or I suppose it could be that someone only had 475 shares. Volume is so low here that it seems unlikely anyone would try to manipulate price.
If you do not have aon order they can hit you for any amount which may have been the case or someone just getting rid of what is left over. At least it was a trade which helps to keep us active. I can't wait for the financial report we were promised years ago, ha ha.
