I replied earlier but it didn't post. I'm not retyping all of it on my phone, but the jist is I'm not overly excited. I'll wait and see the details though. I had a small position in EARK when the acquired the IP and company of MGLT. I sold at a high after the acquisition/merger and it has dropped down to around $5 for a while. EARK seems to be a holding company and they don't seem to have enough focus for my liking. I'm not sure what SUNW will be providing them and at this point I'm not putting much into this partnership. Wait and see...
Wondering now what this might do for SUNW's share price in the near term if synergies enable organic growth at a faster pace. It seems that EARK has had a nice run recently. Maybe we see something similar.
